There is complete clinical freedom in an IDH practice. I have been supported immensely in my masters degree education by the clinical directors, area manager and RDM who have given me time off work. I feel that I have been given the opportunity to improve my skills and implement those improvements into clinical practice. I have worked with IDH for 18 months and what I appreciate the most now looking back, is the support offered with my relocation which was very comprehensive including induction, accommodation, PCT registration, bank account and advice in various matters. David Noon - Dental nurse

I have been working with Integrated Dental Holdings for over four years. Initially I was employed as a Trainee Dental Nurse, in the four years I have worked for IDH I have become a qualified Dental Nurse. I have been put through numerous training courses funded by IDH allowing me to manage my CPD portfolio as well as having my GDC registration funded two years on the run. I believe that IDH are a people's business where time and money is always invested into people who seek long-term career prospects and a company where all people from different walks of life mix together to run a thriving practice. IDH stands out because they actively reward people for their input and commitment. I would recommend IDH to anybody thinking about starting out in dentistry or Dental Care Professionals thinking about returning to work.

David Stirling - Lead Clinician

IDH takes care of the business side of dentistry allowing me to concentrate on my patients not the PCT. As an associate, IDH have always honoured the 50/50 split on gross and Lab bills, and there is no interference allowing me complete clinical freedom. Clinical governance is taken care of with support from the Eastman institute; in house CPD also includes for example annual cross infection control and CPR/ medical emergencies. The Area managers and clinical directors are always available for advice when required.

Heather Dowdall - Practice Manager

I commenced employment with IDH in September 2002 as a part time receptionist. With no dental background, I was extremely nervous, however I soon settled in to my new role with the help and support I received from both my colleagues and manager. I was soon offered the opportunity of a full time position. After a few years of hard work and dedication, taking full advantage of all the training opportunities which were encouraged, I was promoted to practice support manager. At the moment I am practice manager still at the same practice where my career began some 7 years ago. Currently, there are many exciting developments within our area and with the support network I receive from my manager I can look forward to a long, rewarding career within IDH.

Nadine Currie - Customer Services Administrator

During the last five years I have seen lots of changes as company has grown. One thing that has always remained constant is that staff are treated as individuals rather than just another employee, this is something that I think is really important.

Marie O'Neill - Integration Manager

In my two and a half years with Integrated Dental Holdings I have had nothing but an extremely positive experience. I began working in one of our practices as a qualified dental nurse. I expressed a wish to progress further; from there I became practice support manager and then practice manager a few months later. I could not have succeeded in either of these roles without support from my previous manger or my area manager. During my time as practice manager I was asked if I would help out at a new acquisition site nearby as a buddy practice manager, this was something I really enjoyed. When a position became available within the business development department for an Integration Manager I took the opportunity and applied, I have now been in the position for 16 months and have never looked back. The training, support and development opportunities I have received in a relatively short time with the company have been really beneficial and enabled me to progress in my career.

Kim Dixon - Practice Manager

I have worked for IDH now for almost 2 years and have loved how my job role and how my career has developed. I am continually learning and I am very challenged in my job role which I love as it keeps me motivated. There are lots of courses to attend to help me better myself as a manager and as a person.
