Annual Patient Survey
On an annual basis a sample of each dentist's patients are contacted to seek their views and opinions on their last visit to the practice, with a view to gathering both positive and negative feedback. This feedback informs personal and practice development plans, and the practice's future aspirations.
Every practice also has a comprehensive complaints policy to ensure that any negative patient feedback is dealt with in a responsive and proper manner, and within IDH's tightly defined timescales - to ultimately ensure patient satisfaction.
