Internal Audit

IDH's Practice Managers and Internal Audit Team conduct regular Internal Audits and Surgery Spot Checks to ensure that the physical environment in every practice (including exterior/approach, communal areas and surgeries) meet the company's high standards.

IDH also operates a Patient Journey programme, where the Practice Manager simulates a walk-through all patient accessible areas of the practice (as if they were the patient), grading every aspect of the practice environment, to again ensure it meets with organisational standards for cleanliness, presentation and health and safety.
